What kind of support comes with my purchase?
At LiquidGamer, we strive to provide you with the best customer service and support in the business. We offer a large support page, or, if you can't find the answer to your question there, you can email us at any time at support@liquidgamerpc.com. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly and as completely as possible.
Can I make my own modifications to a LiquidGamer PC?
Unfortunately, any post-sale hardware modification, including (but not limited to) any BIOS hardware modifications (over-under clocking), physical removal of parts, opening of the chassis, and using software to achieve what is not allowed in the BIOS will void your warranty. However, we would love to upgrade and modify your computer for you. Feel free to ask us to personalize your gaming PC as much as you want, we would be happy to help.
My computer doesn't seem to be functioning correctly, what do I do?
Send us an email! We will gladly replace all components under warranty which are not functioning correctly. Even if your warranty is over, we will gladly provide support and replacement for a small fee.
